What formats do you convert?
I convert a wide range of formats, including VHS, Betamax, camcorder tapes, MiniDiscs, vinyl records, cassette tapes, cine film, photos, slides, and negatives. If you have something not listed, feel free to ask!
Can you repair damaged tapes or films?
Yes! I offer tape repairs and data recovery for damaged or broken tapes. If you're unsure whether your tape can be saved, I can assess it for you.
How will I receive my digitized files?
You can choose to receive your files via USB, CD, DVD, BluRay or cloud storage. If you need a different format, just let me know!
Where are you based?
I’m based in Jersey (Channel Islands). While I don’t have a physical shopfront, I work locally and accept orders from outside Jersey as well.
Do you offer delivery and collection?
Delivery and collection may be available depending on your location and order size. In some cases, I can offer it for free! Get in touch to discuss options.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are completed within 3 to 5 working days, depending on size and complexity. Some may take longer, but I’ll always keep you updated on progress!
Do you accept international orders?
Yes! I primarily work locally in Jersey, but I accept orders from outside Jersey as well. Get in touch to discuss shipping options.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! I offer bulk discounts based on your order size. Check the price list or contact me for details.
How do I pay for your services?
I accept payments via cash, bank transfer, credit and debit card.
How good is your service?
I take pride in providing high-quality service! I maintain my equipment in top condition and use multiple machines to ensure the best results for every job.
Do you keep a backup of my files?
I always recommend customers make copies of their digital files once received. While I may temporarily store backups for quality assurance, I do not keep long-term copies unless requested.
